2. Review the plan. We look at how the proposed work connects to the house and property. If drawings, structural information or permit drawings are needed, we can prepare or arrange them. Local requirements can vary with the project and location, so we discuss what needs to be checked before work begins.

 

3. Build the structure. Once the scope and required approvals are in place, the deck, fence or other construction work is built according to the plan. Framing, stairs, railings, gates and the details around doors or the house are considered together.

 

4. Finish and connect. We complete the planned finishing details and check how the new work meets the house and the surrounding yard. If your landscaping plan includes work outside the construction scope, we can talk through what needs to be arranged separately.
