You don't need finished drawings to get started. If you don't have drawings yet, we can prepare or arrange permit drawings as part of the project.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
1. We review what you sent. We read through your drawings, photos and notes with construction in mind.
2. We follow up. We'll reply within one business day, ask any questions, and set up a time to talk.
3. We talk through the build. We go over the scope, where you are with drawings and permits, and what comes next.
4. We visit and prepare a quote. If the project is a good fit, we arrange a site visit and prepare a quote.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Q: Do I need finished drawings?
A: No. Sketches, photos or a description are enough to start the conversation. If your project needs permit drawings, we can prepare or arrange them.
Q: I'm waiting on a permit or a Committee of Adjustment decision. Is it too early?
A: No. It's a good time to talk to a builder. Send what you have and we'll review it from a construction point of view.
Q: Do you take smaller jobs?
A: Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know if it's a good fit.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes. Pine Shore Construction has WSIB coverage and insurance in place.
