This full main-floor renovation was all about creating an open, modern living space while enhancing the home's natural light and functionality. We began by completely gutting the existing layout, removing interior walls to open up the floor plan and improve flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

A custom-designed kitchen was installed as the centerpiece of the home, featuring clean lines, quality cabinetry, and modern fixtures. We added new hardwood flooring throughout the main level, upgraded all lighting to energy-efficient recessed and statement fixtures, and replaced the old stair railing with a sleek, contemporary design.
