For this transformative main floor renovation, our goal was to create a bright, modern space that blends clean design with everyday functionality. We began by removing several interior walls to open up the layout, dramatically improving flow and natural light throughout the home.

A sleek, modern kitchen became the new heart of the space, complete with custom cabinetry, premium appliances, and a functional island perfect for gathering. To complement the open concept, we installed glass railings with open stair treads, adding architectural interest and a sense of visual continuity across levels.

The home also features custom built-in cabinets for streamlined storage, along with heated tile floors for year-round comfort and luxury. Every finish was chosen to reflect a modern aesthetic while ensuring lasting durability.

The result is a beautifully updated main floor that feels spacious, refined, and ready for both everyday living and entertaining.
